El Güero Canelo is a restaurant that started as a humble taco/hotdog cart, and now has four successful locations in Arizona. Daniel Contreras helped pioneer the Sonoran Hot Dog, a hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with beans, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, and served with a grilled yellow pepper on the side, and we wanted to help share his story.
